I opened my own restaurants and have been working in the hospitality business for over thirty years.  .  Yes, that’s a long time, but I survived and loved every minute of it and I want YOU to love it too.  And yes, I am still in business even today helping people start restaurants.  I work as an advisor, consultant and coach to people just like you.  I have learned during my time in business that there is a ton of information out there for new restaurant owners; but little of it is either current or more importantly relevant when it comes to getting your restaurant started the right way.

The corollary is also true, if an owner does not comprehend the “science” behind the business, his or her chances of failure are all but guaranteed.
