I opened my own restaurants and have been working in the hospitality business for over thirty years.  .  Yes, that’s a long time, but I survived and loved every minute of it and I want YOU to love it too.  And yes, I am still in business even today helping people start restaurants.  I work as an advisor, consultant and coach to people just like you.  I have learned during my time in business that there is a ton of information out there for new restaurant owners; but little of it is either current or more importantly relevant when it comes to getting your restaurant started the right way.

I can help you make the right decisions about opening your restaurant. Wouldn’t you like to know before you exhaust all your hard-earned savings and put a mortgage on your house or borrow money from a friend or family member whether your business is viable?  I would certainly say so! Read the books.

Here is what I have learned. Most restaurant owners understand the “art” of the business and that is the “cool stuff” that customers see and enjoy, and I am talking about menus and wall coverings and TVs and uniforms and décor etc. Unfortunately, most of these same owners do not comprehend the “science” behind the business and that is where the money is made, and mostly lost. If an owner understands the “science” behind the business, then his or her chances for success are greatly enhanced. The corollary is also true, if an owner does not comprehend the “science” behind the business, his or her chances of failure are all but guaranteed.

Remember, 80% of All Businesses fail in the first few years and the stats on Restaurants are Worse

My program is specifically geared to help you understand everything, from developing your concept to figuring out if you can make money.

If you are careless at the start, you can make a big mistake  –  one that could cost you tens of thousands of dollars   –  and this program will help you AVOID making some of those potentially costly mistakes.

There are different ways of learning the business.

  • You can’t stop your life for 4 years to go to Stanford to get an MBA. It’ll cost you at least $100,000 a year.
  • You don’t really want to take a course at the local community college do you? – And what is a chalk-covered academic going to teach you anyway? Has he ever been in business?  If he was, it was probably 20 years ago when the Internet hadn’t been invented yet.
  • You haven’t time to read that really big book you bought through Amazon either. And by the way it’s most likely out of date too.

And that is why I have created the

HaffHour Handbook Series on How to Open a Restaurant.

My program will walk you through the process of taking your restaurant idea, testing it and then helping you turn it into reality!  This is the most important part of starting a business and if done right will save you tons of cash.

Here are some testimonials from people who have purchased my program.
